Registered Nurse-CVICU

Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the CVICU, where you'll provide critical care to patients in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the CVICU
• Manage patients with complex cardiac conditions
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs
• Perform IV starts and manage ventilators
• Utilize EPIC for patient documentation
• Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed
• Participate in rotating holidays and weekend shifts

What we need to see

• Active BLS and ACLS certifications
• At least 2 years of cardiac ICU experience
• Experience with IV starts and ventilator management
• Proficient in tele monitoring and conscious sedation
• Skilled in using Swan-Ganz catheters and balloon pumps
• Experience with PA lines

Ways to stand out from the crowd

• Previous travel nursing experience
• Additional 2 years of cardiac ICU experience
