Radiologic Technologist - Neuro

Join our team as a Radiologic Technologist specializing in Neuro, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality imaging services.

What you'll be doing

• Select exposure factors and position patients to produce diagnostic-quality radiologic images
• Administer oral contrast as needed for exams
• Instruct and prepare patients for radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations
• Assist Radiologist during procedures
• Operate all x-ray equipment, CR and DR systems proficiently
• Report equipment malfunctions to management
• Complete assigned procedures in a timely manner while assisting colleagues
• Maintain medication security and confidentiality in patient care

What we need to see

• Licensing in the state of NY
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• At least 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist

Ways to stand out from the crowd

• Experience in interventional radiology
• Familiarity with Hospital Information System (HIS), Radiology Information System (RIS), and PACS
