Join our team as an Occupational Therapist, where you'll play a vital role in evaluating and implementing treatment plans for patients.

What you'll be doing

• Evaluate patient's functional abilities and limitations to establish treatment goals
• Implement individualized treatment plans considering patients' diverse needs
• Document patient progress and treatment techniques according to departmental standards
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and families regarding patient care
• Adapt to changing caseloads and assist in various patient care areas as needed
• Provide direction and delegation to support staff and ensure quality patient care
• Participate in departmental process improvements and meet productivity standards

What we need to see

• Current Occupational Therapy license from the state of practice
• BLS certification
• At least 1 year of experience in occupational therapy
• Completion of an accredited occupational therapy educational program
