What you'll be doing

• Evaluate patient's functional abilities and limitations to establish treatment goals
• Implement individualized treatment plans considering patients' diverse needs
• Document treatment techniques and patient progress according to professional guidelines
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and patients regarding care
• Supervise and delegate tasks to support staff to ensure quality patient care
• Participate in departmental meetings and process improvement initiatives

What we need to see

• Graduation from an APTA accredited school of Physical Therapy
• Current Physical Therapy license within the State of practice
• BLS certification
• Demonstrated clinical competency and relevant experience
