Registered Nurse-PCU

Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the PCU at James Cancer Hospital, where you'll provide critical care to oncology patients.

What you'll be doing

• Provide high acuity care in a progressive care unit
• Administer medications and manage patient care protocols
• Interpret dysrhythmias and respond to rapid response team calls
• Perform feeding tube care and management
• Administer blood products and manage central and peripheral lines
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Float between units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed

What we need to see

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
• ACLS certification
• NIH certification
• At least 1 year of progressive care unit experience
• High acuity PCU patient experience
