What you'll be doing

• Provide indirect patient care in collaboration with healthcare team members
• Review medication orders against patient profiles according to policies and standards
• Utilize pharmacy processes to meet age-specific patient needs
• Participate in infection control and risk management programs
• Demonstrate effective time management and productivity
• Assume accountability for competency standards and professional development
• Supervise Pharmacy Assistants and Pharmacy Transporters

What we need to see

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
• Licensed Pharmacist by the New York State Board of Pharmacy
• Knowledge of medication delivery systems
