Join our team as a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse, where you'll provide compassionate care to mothers and newborns in a dynamic healthcare environment.

What you'll be doing

• Provide direct patient care in the Labor & Delivery unit
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care
• Assess patient needs and implement nursing regimens
• Administer blood and blood products according to policy
• Adhere to infection control standards and patient safety goals
• Delegate activities to ancillary staff as appropriate
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives
• Assume Charge Nurse responsibilities as needed

What we need to see

• Registered Nurse licensed in New York
• BSN or MSN required
• At least 1 year of acute care experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Labor & Delivery
• Current BLS certification
• ACLS certification within 180 days for newly hired experienced RNs
• NRP certification within 180 days for NICU, L&D, and Mother-Baby

• Less than 1 year of prior patient experience preferred
