Registered Nurse-Oncology

Join our team as a Registered Nurse in Oncology, where you'll provide critical care to patients battling acute leukemia and hematology conditions.

What you'll be doing

• Administer chemotherapy and manage patient care in a high-acuity setting
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data and dysrhythmias
• Implement infection prevention and patient falls prevention protocols
• Provide IV therapy, phlebotomy, and blood product administration
• Collaborate with Rapid Response Teams as needed
• Participate in self-scheduling to accommodate preferred shifts

What we need to see

• ONS Chemo certification is required
• BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory
• Minimum of 2 years of overall nursing experience
• Experience in MS oncology and inpatient hematology oncology
• Familiarity with EPIC computerized charting

Ways to stand out from the crowd

• NIHSS certification is preferred
• Experience with Rapid Response Teams is a plus
