Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse, where you will provide essential care and support to our patients.

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver direct patient care in a 1:1 setting
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Monitor patient health and report changes to the medical team
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

What we need to see

  • Active LPN or RN license
  • Current BLS certification
  • At least 1 year of nursing experience
  • Familiarity with Epic electronic health record system
