Join our state-of-the-art Sterile Processing Department and play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and sterility of surgical instruments.

What you'll be doing

• Inspect, assemble, package, and sterilize surgical instruments and trays
• Operate steam sterilizers and monitor time, pressure, and temperature
• Perform maintenance on sterilizers and decontaminate surgical instruments
• Document and fill orders for surgical supplies and maintain inventory records
• Conduct quality assurance checks on sterile supplies and instruments
• Handle infectious waste and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

What we need to see

• Certified Sterile Processor (HSPA or CBSPD)
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sterile Processing Tech in a large hospital
• Travel experience of at least 6 months
• Two professional references from last two experiences

Ways to stand out from the crowd

• Experience in a Level 1 trauma center
• Certified Endoscope Reprocessor (CER Cert)
• Experience with orthopedic trays
