Registered Nurse-PCU

Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the PCU, where you'll provide critical care in a fast-paced surgical environment.

What you'll be doing

• Provide nursing care for PCU and Med Surg patients
• Administer chemotherapy, blood transfusions, and IV antibiotics
• Manage oncologic emergencies and insulin/heparin drips
• Implement infection prevention protocols and fall prevention strategies
• Float within scope of practice as needed based on unit demands
• Participate in a rotating schedule of day and night shifts

What we need to see

• Active RN license with current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a progressive care unit
• NIHSS certification
• Experience with computerized charting, specifically EPIC

Ways to stand out from the crowd

• ONS Chemo certification
• Experience with chemotherapy administration
