Join our dedicated team as an RN in Labor & Delivery, where you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional care for mothers and their newborns.

What you'll be doing

• Assess and prioritize patients' clinical conditions in critical situations
• Formulate and implement individualized nursing care plans
• Initiate emergency measures when physicians are unavailable
• Operate and monitor specialized emergency care equipment
• Administer prescribed therapeutic measures and medications
• Educate patients and families on preventative and rehabilitative care
• Document nursing interventions and evaluate patient progress
• Provide guidance and oversight to nursing staff and unlicensed personnel

What we need to see

• Active Oklahoma or Compact RN License
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications
• Experience with emergency care equipment such as infusion pumps and ventilators
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to 50lbs
