What you'll be doing

• Provide skilled speech therapy services to home health patients
• Manage a caseload of up to 6 patients per day
• Utilize EPIC Remote Client for Home Health for charting
• Document patient progress and treatment plans using Oasis
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures

What we need to see

• Active Oregon Speech Language Pathologist license
• BCLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of skilled home health experience
• Experience with EPIC Remote Client for Home Health
• Experience with Oasis
