Therapy/Rehabilitation-PT Acute Care Hospital

What you'll be doing

• Plan, prepare, and implement individualized physical treatment programs
• Complete and document patient evaluations and tests according to standards
• Develop and update patient’s Plan of Care based on evaluations
• Assess and provide treatment for patients per established plans
• Document charge capture related information accurately
• Coordinate patient care with other providers and support team members
• Provide clinical supervision to assistants and aides
• Participate in quality improvement processes and interdisciplinary projects

What we need to see

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Program
• Physical Therapist licensure or consideration for approved license applicants
• BLS (AHA) certification
• At least 2 years of experience in a relevant setting
• Strong experience in outpatient orthopedics
