RN - Med Surg

What you'll be doing

• Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical setting
• Assess patient health and implement nursing interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor and document patient progress and treatment effectiveness
• Educate patients and families on health management and recovery

What we need to see

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois
• Current BLS certification
• Previous experience in a medical-surgical nursing environment
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Commitment to improving patient care and safety
