RN - Acute Rehab

Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the Acute Rehab Unit, where you'll make a significant impact on patient recovery.

What you'll be doing

• Provide direct patient care in the Acute Rehab Unit
• Assess and document patients' progress and response to treatment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families about recovery goals and discharge planning
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients

What we need to see

• Active state nursing license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• At least 1 year of experience in nursing
