Registered Nurse-NICU

Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the NICU, where you'll provide critical care to our smallest patients.

What you'll be doing

• Provide nursing care in the NICU with a focus on patient safety and comfort
• Manage a patient ratio of 1:3
• Float to the mother-baby unit as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures during shifts

What we need to see

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• BLS certification required
• Experience in a Level 3 NICU for first-time travelers
• Ability to work night shifts (3x12 hours)

Ways to stand out from the crowd

• NRP Advanced certification preferred
• Willingness to float between units
