RN - Med Surg

Join our team as a Med Surg RN, where you'll play a crucial role in patient care and support.

What you'll be doing

• Develop individualized care plans based on patient assessments and family interviews
• Initiate emergency measures when physicians are unavailable
• Administer prescribed therapeutic measures including medications and IV therapy
• Educate patients and families on preventative and rehabilitative care
• Document nursing interventions and patient progress accurately
• Coordinate care delivery and ensure proper documentation
• Oversee care provided by LPNs and unlicensed personnel
• Maintain a safe and well-equipped environment for patient care

What we need to see

• Active RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical-surgical setting
• Familiarity with Epic electronic health record system
