Medical Assistant

Join our Internal Medicine team as a Medical Assistant and play a crucial role in enhancing patient care in a collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

• Assist healthcare providers during patient examinations and medical procedures
• Conduct patient intake processes, including gathering medical histories and measuring vital signs
• Handle administrative responsibilities such as scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate patient records
• Utilize electronic health record systems for effective documentation and charting

What we need to see

• At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant, ideally within Internal Medicine
• Current Medical Assistant certification (MA-C) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting
• Reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling
