Medical Assistant

Join our Internal Medicine team as a Medical Assistant and play a vital role in enhancing patient care in a supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

• Assist healthcare professionals during patient examinations and medical procedures
• Conduct patient intake, including gathering medical histories and taking vital signs
• Handle administrative responsibilities such as scheduling appointments and updating patient records
• Utilize electronic health record systems for accurate documentation and charting

What we need to see

• At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant, ideally in an Internal Medicine setting
• Current Medical Assistant certification (MA-C) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling
