What you'll be doing

• Conduct patient intake by documenting medical histories and vital signs
• Prepare examination rooms and assist healthcare providers during procedures
• Handle patient scheduling and follow-ups while ensuring accurate medical record maintenance
• Provide patient education on treatment plans and post-visit care instructions

What we need to see

• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant, ideally in an ENT or similar specialty
• Certification from an accredited Medical Assistant program
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and team interactions
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and basic office software
