What you'll be doing

• Conduct patient intake by documenting medical histories and vital signs
• Prepare examination rooms and assist physicians during examinations and procedures
• Oversee patient scheduling and follow-up appointments
• Maintain precise medical records
• Provide education to patients regarding treatment plans and post-visit care

What we need to see

• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant, ideally in an ENT or similar specialty
• Certification from an accredited Medical Assistant program
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and standard office software
