Medical Assistant

Join our Otolaryngology team as a Medical Assistant and play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care.

What you'll be doing

• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
• Prepare and maintain examination rooms for patient visits
• Perform administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and managing patient records
• Educate patients on treatment plans and post-care instructions

What we need to see

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Medical Assistant program is preferred
• Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
