What you'll be doing

• Educate patients on treatment plans and post-visit care instructions

What we need to see

• Experience as a Medical Assistant, ideally in an ENT or similar specialty
• Certification from an accredited Medical Assistant program
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and basic office software
