What we need to see

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification as a Medical Assistant is preferred
• Previous experience in a clinical setting, ideally within an ENT specialty
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
• Proficiency in electronic health records and basic office software
