Physical Therapist - OP - DH

Join our team as a Physical Therapist, where you'll provide essential therapy services to patients of all ages in a dynamic outpatient setting.

What you'll be doing

• Evaluate and treat functional mobility, motor function, and muscular strengthening
• Create individualized plans of care with measurable functional goals
• Document services in compliance with APTA guidelines and billing standards
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers to promote independence
• Develop discharge plans and recommend community resources
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
• Participate in educational programs and quality improvement initiatives

What we need to see

• Graduate of an accredited Master's or Doctorate-level program in Physical Therapy
• Eligibility for current licensure with the New Mexico State Physical Therapy Board
• BLS certification required before employment begins
• At least 1 year of outpatient Physical Therapist experience
