Therapy/Rehabilitation-PT Home Health

Join our team as a Home Health Physical Therapist, providing essential rehabilitation services to patients in their homes.

What you'll be doing

• Deliver skilled physical therapy services to home health patients
• Manage a caseload of up to 6 patients per day
• Utilize EPIC Remote Client and Oasis for patient charting
• Ensure compliance with COVID vaccination requirements
• Coordinate patient care with minimal drive time

What we need to see

• Active OR/WA Physical Therapist license
• Current BCLS certification
• At least 1 year of skilled home health experience
• Experience with Oasis and EPIC Remote Client
