Registered Nurse-ER Holding

Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the ER Holding unit, where you'll provide critical care in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

• Provide nursing care to patients across all age groups
• Utilize telemetry and dysrhythmia management skills
• Administer IV insulin and heparin protocols
• Manage cardiac and vasoactive drips, including titration
• Perform wound care and manage tracheostomies
• Document patient care using EPIC
• Participate in rapid response team activities

What we need to see

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS
• Experience with EPIC documentation

Ways to stand out from the crowd

• Experience in telemetry and dysrhythmia management
• Background in PCU/Stepdown care
• Familiarity with cardiac and vasoactive drips
• Experience with rapid response team utilization
