Registered Nurse-Ambulatory Care

Join our team as a Registered Nurse in Ambulatory Care, where you'll provide holistic and individualized care to patients in a dynamic environment.

What you'll be doing

• Assess, coordinate, and deliver nursing care in an acute patient setting
• Provide direct patient care and education to patients and their families
• Develop and implement individualized care plans considering various factors
• Foster collaborative relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing care and make necessary adjustments

What we need to see

• Active CA Registered Nurse Licensure
• Current BLS (AHA) certification
• At least 2 years of telemetry experience
• Experience in ACU/PACU settings
