What you'll be doing

• Manage patient care plans and coordinate services
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care
• Utilize Epic for patient documentation and management
• Provide support and education to patients and families
• Work every other weekend as required
• Float between like units based on need

What we need to see

• Active RN licensure
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience
• Experience with Epic charting
