Registered Nurse-PCU Float

Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the PCU Float Pool, where you'll provide critical care across multiple units.

What you'll be doing

• Provide nursing care in the PCU Float Pool during night shifts
• Float to other OSU-affiliated hospitals as needed
• Manage patient ratios of 1:3-4
• Perform IV starts and monitor telemetry
• Utilize Epic for patient documentation and care coordination

What we need to see

• Active RN license
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Experience with Epic software
• IV start skills
• Telemetry experience
• Willingness to float to OSU-affiliated hospitals
