Registered Nurse-NICU

Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the NICU, where you'll provide specialized care to neonates in a dynamic and supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

• Provide specialized care to neonates, focusing on respiratory, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, and infectious disease management
• Administer medications using the Pyxis medication system, including IV vasopressors and surfactants
• Document patient care and interventions in the EPIC system
• Implement SBAR communication for effective interaction with healthcare providers and families
• Perform and manage special procedures such as arterial line management and central line care
• Oversee ventilator settings and adjustments for respiratory management

What we need to see

• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Active Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Experience in NICU Level III and Level IV settings
• At least 1 year of nursing experience

• Proficient in gastrointestinal feeding methods and management of oral/nasogastric/nasojejunal tubes
