Registered Nurse-PCU

Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the PCU, where you'll provide critical care in a dynamic oncology environment.

What you'll be doing

• Provide high acuity patient care in a progressive care unit
• Implement infection prevention protocols and manage patient falls
• Utilize advanced medical equipment including telemetry and PCA pumps
• Interpret dysrhythmias and respond to rapid response team calls
• Administer blood products and manage central and peripheral lines
• Float between units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed

What we need to see

• Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
• Valid ACLS certification
• Valid NIH certification
• At least 2 years of experience in high acuity PCU patient care
• Experience interpreting dysrhythmias
• Experience using rapid response teams

Ways to stand out from the crowd

• Oncology experience preferred
• Previous travel experience preferred
• Experience managing dysrhythmias
