Registered Nurse-PCU

Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the PCU, where you'll provide critical care to patients with acute leukemia in a dynamic environment.

What you'll be doing

• Provide nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in the PCU
• Implement infection prevention and patient falls prevention protocols
• Monitor telemetry and interpret dysrhythmias
• Administer IV therapy, blood products, and manage central and peripheral lines
• Utilize Rapid Response Teams as needed
• Document patient care using EPIC

What we need to see

• Active BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care nursing experience
• At least 1 year of PCU experience
• Proficiency in computerized charting using EPIC

Ways to stand out from the crowd

• Experience in MS/Tele and telemetry monitoring
• Ability to interpret dysrhythmias
• Familiarity with Rapid Response Teams
