What you'll be doing

• Provide behavioral analysis and support for students in grades 1-8
• Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and write Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Monitor progress toward Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
• Oversee Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and their hours
• Conduct competency assessments for training RBTs

What we need to see

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification
• Experience completing FBAs and writing BIPs
• Experience in progress monitoring toward IEP goals

Ways to stand out from the crowd

• Experience as a BCBA in a school setting
• Willingness to oversee RBT hours
• Willingness to complete competency assessments for training RBTs
