Therapy/Rehabilitation-SLP Outpatient

Join our team as a Speech Language Pathologist in a dynamic outpatient setting, providing essential therapy services to patients in their homes.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct home visits for speech therapy services
• Manage a caseload of 5-10 patients per day
• Document patient progress and treatment plans using EMR systems
• Collaborate with healthcare teams during periodic office meetings
• Travel up to 75 miles to provide care to patients

What we need to see

• Active Speech Language Pathologist license
• Current CPR certification
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of adult home health experience
