What you'll be doing

• Lead and supervise the Sterile Processing Tech team
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Coordinate workflow and manage daily operations
• Train and mentor team members
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

What we need to see

• At least 2 years of Sterile Processing Tech Supervisor experience
• Active BLS certification
• Certification from CBSPD or IAHCSMM/HSPA
• High school diploma or GED
• Flu vaccine during flu season with no exemptions
