What you'll be doing

• Manage a caseload of 20-23 patients
• Provide case management services in an acute care facility
• Float to Laguna Facility as needed
• Work every other weekend

What we need to see

• Master's degree in Social Work
• At least 1 year of acute care experience
• Licensed or pending license in California upon start date
• No more than 7 days of requested time off

Ways to stand out from the crowd

• Experience managing a caseload of 20-23 patients
• Ability to float to different facilities
• Willingness to work every other weekend
