What you'll be doing

• Lead a team of 30 sales and operations professionals
• Develop and implement commercial strategies to accelerate growth
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with diverse teams including marketing and customer service
• Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
• Monitor performance of commercial activities and prepare reports for senior management
• Assist in setting financial targets and budget development

What we need to see

• Minimum of 10+ years of leadership experience in the travel industry
• Experience managing multiple countries in a wholesale and retail environment
• Established connections with travel agents, TMCs, and travel companies
• Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills
