Immigration Specialist

Join our team as an Immigration Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in managing immigration processes and ensuring compliance with laws and policies.

What you'll be doing

• Assist the Immigration Program Manager with daily activities related to nonimmigrant and immigrant visas
• Prepare immigration case documentation including forms, letters, and correspondence
• Submit immigration cases to outside counsel as needed
• Support PERM recruitment through job postings and resume screenings
• Ensure compliance with immigration laws and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate the F-1 STEM OPT Form I-983 process
• Track and maintain accurate reports and update immigration-related forms
• Provide administrative support as required

What we need to see

• 1-2 years of experience in immigration processes
• Bachelor's Degree in International Relations, Legal Studies, International Business, or equivalent
• Immigration Paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program
• Knowledge of nonimmigrant and immigrant processes
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Outstanding organizational skills

Ways to stand out from the crowd

• Experience with INSZoom, Visatrax, or Connect systems
• Experience in immigration compliance and record keeping
