Registered Nurse-PCU Float

Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the PCU Float Pool, where you'll provide critical care across multiple units.

What you'll be doing

• Provide nursing care in a float capacity across various units
• Manage patient care with a focus on telemetry monitoring
• Perform IV starts and other essential nursing skills
• Utilize Epic for patient documentation and management
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:3-4

What we need to see

• Active RN license
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Experience with Epic software
• Proficient in IV start and telemetry skills

• Willingness to float between units of equivalent or lower acuity
