Join our Float Pool team as a Registered Nurse, providing high-quality care across various units.

What you'll be doing

• Provide high-quality patient care across various units as part of the float pool
• Assess and monitor patients' conditions and respond to changes in their status
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management and treatment options
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations

What we need to see

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Illinois
• At least 1 year of nursing experience
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to various clinical environments and work under pressure

Ways to stand out from the crowd

• Previous experience in a Med/Surg setting
