Join our team as a Mammography Technologist, where you'll play a crucial role in patient care and imaging excellence.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and position patients for mammography examinations
• Produce high-quality technical images and review completed exams
• Assist physicians during procedures as needed
• Perform equipment quality assurance and calibrations
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and report equipment malfunctions
• Process film/images and manage routine office duties
• Educate patients and families about the examination process
• Adapt to rapidly changing situational needs in a fast-paced environment

What we need to see

• New York State-DOH-Radiology License upon hire
• ARRT-M certification upon hire
• BLS certification within 90 days
• 1-3 years of experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment and respond to emergency signals
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks with interruptions
• Commitment to passing advanced mammography certification within one year
