Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse, where you'll provide essential care to our residents while working under the guidance of licensed nursing personnel.

What you'll be doing

• Perform direct and indirect resident care within the scope of practice
• Meet residents' activities of daily living (ADLs) needs as outlined in the care plan
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
• Ensure residents' nutritional needs are met according to their preferences
• Address residents' rehabilitative needs as specified in the care plan
• Report residents' rights, refusals, and changes in status to the Charge Nurse

What we need to see

• Licensed Practical Nurse with at least 1 year of experience
• Familiarity with Epic software
