LPN

Join our team as an LPN, where you'll provide essential care to residents while working under licensed nursing personnel.

What you'll be doing

• Perform direct and indirect resident care as per the plan of care
• Ensure residents' ADL needs are met, including hygiene and grooming
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
• Meet residents' nutritional needs and honor their preferences
• Address residents' rehabilitative needs, including mobility and alignment
• Report changes in residents' status to the Charge Nurse promptly

What we need to see

• Active LPN license
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience in resident care
