Join our team as a Registered Nurse - Case Manager, where you'll support complex cases and patients in the community.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage complex cases across the system and virtually support patients
  • Float between offices in Emeryville and San Francisco as needed
  • Work day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

What we need to see

  • Active RN license in California
  • Experience in inpatient case management
