What you'll be doing

• Provide high-quality nursing care to ICU patients
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Float between units as needed to meet patient care demands
• Work block schedules to maintain continuity of care
• Manage patient ratios of 1:2 or 1:3

What we need to see

• Active RN licensure
• At least 1 year of ICU experience
• Availability for block scheduling
• Willingness to work weekends
