RN - Medical Surgical

Join our team as a Medical Surgical RN, where you'll provide comprehensive care to patients while promoting their health and well-being.

What you'll be doing

• Develop individualized care plans based on patient assessments and family interviews
• Initiate emergency measures when necessary, including resuscitation
• Administer prescribed medications and therapies, including IV and respiratory treatments
• Educate patients and families on preventative and rehabilitative care
• Document nursing interventions and patient progress accurately
• Oversee care provided by LPNs and unlicensed personnel
• Maintain a safe and well-equipped environment for patient care
• Demonstrate leadership and uphold professional nursing standards

What we need to see

• Active Oklahoma or Compact RN License
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
• Ability to work with pediatric patients
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role
