Registered Nurse-Case Manager

Join our team as a Registered Nurse - Case Manager, where you'll play a vital role in patient care and management.

What you'll be doing

• Manage patient care and coordinate services
• Utilize Epic for patient documentation and management
• Provide care in an acute hospital setting
• Work day shifts with a schedule of 5x8 hours
• Float within scope to meet facility needs
• Participate in weekend rotations as required

What we need to see

• Active AK Registered Nurse license
• Current BLS certification
• At least 1 year of acute care experience
• Experience with Epic
