RN - LTAC

Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the LTAC unit, where you'll provide essential care to patients in a dynamic environment.

What you'll be doing

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the long-term acute care setting
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease management

What we need to see

• Active RN license in the state of Illinois
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• At least 1 year of experience in a nursing role
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Ways to stand out from the crowd

• Previous experience in a LTAC or Med Surg setting
